Victoria Druck is known as a reliable print shop with high quality standards in the region of Eastern Switzerland. But – like everyone in this industry – Victoria Druck is also struggling with competition from neighboring countries or low-cost online print shops. So how can the long-established company hold its own in this difficult market environment?
In order to work out Victoria Druck’s core competencies and unique selling points, we first held a workshop with the owners. Together, we worked out that the differentiation clearly lies in the consulting expertise of the medium-sized company.
The repositioning based on this result was then taken into account in all of the print shop’s communication measures and all marketing activities were coordinated accordingly. The first step was a new website. We planned this, including the content and navigation concept, and then implemented it using WordPress. In order to appear as authentic as possible, we developed a new visual world in which the entire workforce was shown at work.
The brand relaunch for the RHEMA Rhine Valley Trade Fair was well received by both customers and interested parties. The high quality standards and personal advice were placed at the center of communication. This brought the traditional print shop new customers in a short space of time, especially via the redesigned website. This enabled the company to secure its market share and expand its business.
